The Bread and the City Pidgeons
Shot after sunset on Market Street. I was a little bit in a rush today, but on the way home I saw the guy sitting in the back on the otherwise empty park benches and the pidgeons picking on bread. It was intriguing enough for me to stop and take a few shots. The absence of light and dark, contrasty shadows and the light blues and oranges made me ignore my usual high contrast black and white habits and go for mid-tones instead (in b/w, in case you are interested). Does it bother anyone that the bread is dead-center?
